Vendor Agreement

By submitting this application, I agree to the following:

All items displayed and sold must be handmade by me (the applicant).
I will maintain a neat, professional booth for the duration of the event.
I will arrive during the designated vendor setup window and remain for the full fair.
The booth fee of $30 per booth is non-refundable.
FOFAH reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet event guidelines.
I will abide by all rules communicated by FOFAH event staff.
