Booth & Space Needs

Booth spaces are approximately 12’ by 12’ — $30 per booth. Up to 3 booths may be requested.

Payment is due with your application by credit or debit card.

Amount due: $30.00 (based on booth count above)

Your card details are encrypted and sent directly to Authorize.net — never stored on our server.

Vendor Agreement

By submitting this application, I agree to the following:
  • All items displayed and sold must be handmade by me (the applicant).
  • I will maintain a neat, professional booth for the duration of the event.
  • I will arrive during the designated vendor setup window and remain for the full fair.
  • The booth fee of $30 per booth is non-refundable.
  • FOFAH reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet event guidelines.
  • I will abide by all rules communicated by FOFAH event staff.
  You must agree to the vendor terms to submit.
