I will maintain my plot in a neat, weed-free condition throughout the season.
I will not use prohibited pesticides or chemicals on my plot.
I will respect neighboring plots and shared garden spaces.
I understand that plots not tended for more than two consecutive weeks may be reassigned.
The $35 seasonal fee is non-refundable once a plot has been assigned.
I will abide by all rules and guidelines communicated by FOFAH garden staff.
